Carlene presented the Minutes of 10-26-09. Marty made a motion to accept them, Steve seconded it and the motion carried. |

Foster had e-mailed the Treasurer’s Report. Court Fees are going from $120 per month to $140 per month in 2010. This is around 35 percent of our income. Toni made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report, and Mike seconded it. Motion carried. |

Vice Presidents Report: Mike reported that the light on Court 5 has been replaced, and the Park District installed a new net on Court 4. |

Ladies Coordinator Report: Sally said that the 7.0 Wednesday evening team made it to the second round of play-offs. Joni Leach, Gracie de la Riva, and Stephanie Wolf were undefeated for the season. Congratulations! The Monday evening 4.0 team lost by two sets and came in second. The 8.0 Wednesday evening team came in third. |

Men’s Coordinator Report: Steve reported that the 50+ team was 7th out of 9 and lost a lot of 4-5 matches. The Fair Oaks A team Thursday evening was 4th out of 9, and the Fair Oaks B team was 8th The Sunday morning team was 4th out of 8. |

Mixed Doubles Coordinator: The 7.5 team missed the number one spot by one set. The 7.0 team was in the middle of the pack. |

Social Coordinator Report: Chris Cartano put on a spectacular social and a good time was had by all. The Ladies Christmas Luncheon will be on Dec. 7th at the Ridge Clubhouse. E-mail Joni if you are interested. |

Newsletter Report: We need to send the renewal form and slate of candidates in the December Newsletter. Members will print the renewal form, complete it, and mail it. |

SATA Report: Steve reported on the 11-12-09 SATA Roundtable Meeting. It was a brain-storming meeting. The new SATA Board will consider these issues when they convene. |

Board Goals: Continue to grow the membership and have 1 hour business meetings. |

New Business: Steve made a motion to reimburse Carlene for Ron’s plant. Sally seconded it and the motion carried. We will form a committee to address court re-paving with the Park District in 2010 |
