1.Ladies Ladder |
Discussion of need and use for singles ladder. It was decided to put an article in the newsletter asking the women members to respond to the question of whether they would prefer to use the SATA ratings or the Singles Ladder to form the Saturday and Rotational Evening teams. The Board will take into consideration the responses and vote on the issue at the next meeting. Please read the newsletter and respond to Charlotte Fowler. |

2. Treasurer’s Report |
The balance is $3,941.42 as of 6-1-09. Claudette made a motion to accept the report. The motion carried. |

Sally announced that there are five women’s teams this summer. |

Larry reported that there are 2 mixed doubles teams—(6.5 and 7.5). |

Toni reported that we have 90 members and new members, Bert and Donna Hill. |

Bonnie said that Courtside Tennis will be the sponsor of the next social, June 27, 2009 which will have an international theme. |

7. FORPD |
1. There will be
public meetings regarding the FORPD ten year plan. We need to send thirty people to each of
these meetings. Larry will prepare a
schedule. This will ultimately help to

1. Bonnie would like to purchase court numbers for the inside of the courts at $13 each for a total of $104 plus tax and shipping. 2. Foster argued for a year’s reserve in the Treasury of $3,000.00 |
