Secretary’s Report: Carlene presented the Feb. 23, 2009 minutes. Steve made a motion to accept the report, Toni seconded it, and the motion carried. |

Treasurer’s Report: Foster presented the Treasurer’s Report dated March 30, 2009. Bank balance is $4,275.71. Marty made a motion to accept the report, Toni seconded it, and the motion carried. |

SATA/USTA: - Larry said that there are over-rated players on some of the SATA teams. The rules are that the captains should be consulted before the season begins, and they should be unanimous in their decision to allow the player on the roster. Over-rated players have to play in the Number 1 slot. Summer Rosters are due to SATA on May 15, 2009. FORC has sixteen SATA Spring teams. |

Social: Larry and Joni will host the April Social, April 11, at 2 p.m. |

Men’s League Representative: Steve reported that the men’s teams are coming right along winning some games. He has created a FORC e-mail list which he will e-mail to the officers. Save it as a Word document, and import it into your e-mail program. |
