	Discussion
1.	Larry passed out the agenda and called the meeting to order at 7:22 p.m.
2.	Secretary’s Report: Carlene distributed the February minutes. Joni made a motion that we accept the minutes. Foster seconded it and the motion carried.	passed
3.	Treasurer’s Report: Foster presented the Treasurer’s Report dated March 26, 2008. The bank balance is $4,325.72. Marty made a motion that we accept the Report, Mike seconded it, and the motion carried.	passed
4.	Vice President’s Report: Mike will take inventory and inspect the courts once a month.	info
5.	Coordinator’s Report—Marty said that the 4.0 SATA Monday Night Women’s Doubles Team is undefeated. Larry reported that the Fair Oaks Men’s Team #1 is undefeated. .	info
6.	New Member’s Report: Toni reported that there are two new members: Steve Caldwell and Data Israel.	info
7.	Website Report: no report.	info
8.	SATA Report: Foster reported that SATA installed their Board at the last meeting. SATA is having a Strategic Planning Meeting on April 16 and 18. Larry is Chairman of the SATA website, and change will be coming. USTA Report: no report	info
9.	Ladder Report: Marty reported that there was just one match in March, and no new person has been put on the ladder.	info
10.	Social Report: Joni reported that there were 20 people at the March Social and a good time was had by all. The Tennis Ball 2009 Committee will have their first meeting in April..	info
11.	Old business: Larry was successful in obtaining a key for the storeroom. We discussed the April Court Schedule Calendar that Mike presented. The Club does not want to appear to the public that we are monopolizing the courts.	info
12.	New business: A player fell because of a torn net, and we discussed if we should donate new nets to the Park District. Maria Prodan donated six stacker chairs for the socials.	info
13.	We discussed the possible courts at Phoenix Park, and we would like to see them with lights. Larry would like the club to be at the next meeting for the public. Larry noted that the Fair Oaks Park and Recreation District has three openings on their Board.	info
14.	Larry adjourned the meeting at 8:15 p.m.
