1.	Larry called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.	Info
2.	Carlene presented the minutes of the June meeting. Steve made a motion to accept them, Sally seconded it, and the motion passed	Passed
3.	Foster presented the July 27, 2009 Treasurer’s Report. The nets for Bella Vista cost $1109.10. We collected $4620 for memberships this year versus our budgeted amount $4500. The bank balance as of July 27, 2009 is $3,034.23. Bonnie made a motion to accept the report, Steve seconded it, and the motion carried	Passed
4.	VP Report: Larry reported in Mike’s absence that the nets for Bella Vista are in Mike’s garage. (Mike was on vacation.)	info
5.	Claudette presented the Guidelines to form teams for the SATA League. We discussed if everyone should be under the same guidelines. Input was given by the men, and they felt that the system that they have now works well. Larry mentioned that going by these guidelines means that if there were two FORC teams in the same league, one team would be very strong and the other team would be very weak, and the second team would probably disappear the next season. Bonnie made a motion that the club use the Guidelines on a trial basis for the women for the SATA Fall 2009 season, and we will reevaluate them at the November meeting. Carlene seconded the motion and the motion carried.	Passed
6.	League Representative Reports regarding SATA Fall 2009: Steve reported that the men will have four teams. Janusz reported that the Mixed League will have 2 teams, a 6.5 team and a 7.5 team. Sally reported that she is now the Coordinator for all the women’s SATA leagues and she has eight teams.	Info
7.	Social Report: The July social was a huge success thanks to Bonnie Kerfoot and Ruth Trembley. The August social will be Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 6 pm at Miller Park. Call Mike or Karen Pruss to sign up at (916) 944-3820. Bring a potluck dish to share and $2.	Info
8.	SATA Report: Larry said that the regulars played under the Spring 2009 ratings and the subs played under the Fall 2008 ratings in the 2009 Summer League. To correct this problem next year, SATA will run the ratings on July 4^th so that all will be under the correct ratings.	Info
9.	Bella Vista High School update: Larry said that the Eagle Scouts will build benches between the courts. SATA gave Bella Vista a $1700 grant towards wind screens. The total project will be completed the second week in August. Larry does not have an appointment yet with the Bella Vista High School administrator.	Info
10.	Larry adjourned the meeting at 8:15 pm.	Info
