Larry passed out the agenda and called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. |

Treasurer’s Report—Foster reported that we covered our expenses for The Tennis Ball. The bank balance is $3,485.33. Motion made by Joni that we accept report. Mike seconded it and the motion carried. |

The minutes of the December meeting of 12/19/07 were presented. Gail made a motion that they be accepted, Mike seconded it and the motion carried. |

Vice President’s Report: Mike reported that the February calendar would be put in the acrylic FORC box. Mike will bring the leak on Court 5 to the Park District’s attention and also the lights on Court 3. |

Coordinator’s Report—FORC has 7 ladies teams, 2 men teams, and 4 mixed double teams in the Spring SATA. |

Social Committee: The next social in February 16. Joni and Toni asked that more members volunteer to chair the 2008 monthly socials. Joni has the tournament format. |

SATA Report: Gail passed out the minutes of the SATA meeting of 1-3-08. The next SATA meeting will be March 5, 2008. SATA has established a Grievance Committee. |

Website Report: We have a good website, and we appreciate Barbara, FORC’s Webmaster. |

Ladder Report—Marty stated that there are 26 ladies on the ladder. |
